Client Services Associate

We are a full-service brokerage firm, serving affluent individuals and families, retirees, and business owners. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships with our existing clients; someone professional, energetic, and organized.


CURRENT POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proactively communicate with clients on a regular basis through a range of communications vehicles
  • Complete quarterly projects that move the company towards its long-term objectives. Present to leadership each quarter.
  • Complete client service requests timely and track completion
  • Schedule client and team meetings as required
  • Manage all details of clients, prospects, and vendors in CRM
  • Random acts of kindness (RAKS) for existing clients
  • Event coordinating
  • Business tracking for advisors
  • Lead weekly meetings with advisors and/or teams
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Commit to continuous education and professional development to remain current in industry issues, CRM and financial planning software, including report and analysis preparation
  • Foster an environment of open, honest, and timely communications
  • Comply with firm, broker dealer and industry standards

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services or client services industry
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities
  • Personable, approachable with a positive attitude
  • Organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Able to interact well with sophisticated, high net worth clients and all employees
  • Able to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and setting priorities
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
  • Able to work independently with good problem solving, mathematical and time management skills
  • High degree of confidentiality and latitude
  • Proficient with Windows based software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Redtail, Morningstar and/or portfolio management software a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with an investment management or advisory firm
  • Work experience that demonstrates interpersonal and teamwork skills
