Daily, we are facing unprecedented challenges together. We know that it can be frightening at times, but we want to assure you that the one thing you don’t need to worry about is support from your Synergy teams. No one knows what the next days, weeks, or months might bring, but we remain committed to offering you the support that you and your loved ones, as part of our Synergy Family, truly need.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to any of those who have either been directly or indirectly affected by Covid-19. If you or someone you know is currently battling this virus, we are sending our deepest condolences and are praying for a speedy and full recovery. Moreover, we are extending heartfelt wishes over to those selfless individuals who are working tirelessly on the front lines during this pandemic. It takes great courage and strength to put yourself in harm’s way for the betterment of others and their families. These individuals are such an inspiration and there are not enough words to fully describe how thankful we are for each and every one of them.
We would also like to emphasize that we are monitoring this situation closely and want to take a moment to summarize how we, at Synergy, are handling this situation safely in order to remain your trusted advisors for life.
Supporting our Employees
Our employees and their families have been top of mind through this pandemic. All of our employees have been prompted to work remotely as to flatten the curve while being quarantined with their families. Luckily, the transition between in-person client servicing to virtual client servicing has been rather smooth. We have provided each of our employee’s with the proper tools and technology in order to efficiently and securely work while in a remote setting. This is particularly important as it has allowed our employees to continue to deliver at a high level of performance to our clients.
All staff members, team members, and advisors remain available to you and your families. All calls made to the main office line will be directed to a team member to help better assist you during your time of need. We are here for you today, tomorrow, and for all days to come!
Supporting our Clients
As a Financial Services Critical Company, we are diligently working to ensure that we are keeping connected with our client’s and their families. As many of you know, Synergy has shifted gears to be set up in a virtual capacity. We have recently implemented a new phone service which is fully equipped with virtual video conferencing. Our employees and teams all have the capabilities to conduct virtual meetings and conference calls during this time and as we move forward. This is especially valuable given the importance of social distancing through this troubling time.
Furthermore, in December of 2019 we prioritized our efforts towards enhancing our technological capabilities. One of the many softwares we integrated in the beginning of the year was Docusign, an electronic document signing software. If any documents need to be signed while we are under quarantine, we are fully capable of doing so, all while minimizing the need to physically meet.
In today’s day and age, we are truly grateful for the opportunity to use our technological platform in order to enhance our administrative capabilities to continue servicing our clients.
We realize that we are being faced with a unique situation, which truly allows us to be connected more than ever before. It is quite inspirational to see our communities coming together to face, and quite frankly, fight, this pandemic. We’ll continue to be in touch, providing updates and support in the coming weeks.
